Close on the heels of the AMOC Snetterton meeting on Easter Monday, is the VSCC ‘Spring Start’ Race Meeting on the Silverstone National Circuit Saturday 24 April, with excellent grids for both our pre and post war drivers. (http://www.vscc.co.uk/vsccweb/events/event.jsp?id=582) for details.

Another Silverstone event at which we are particularly welcome – this time on the Historic GP circuit is MG Live! On Saturday 5^th June. Racing Felthams  is working with the MG Car Club to promote and fill the grid with Astons and other 50's British marques for their feature race the " Historic British Sports Cars Race"

This is a 50 min race for 1 or 2 drivers with a compulsory pit stop and must be run on Dunlop racing tyres. The race is strictly invitation only and Racing Felthams and Healey Sport are jointly promoting the race. Already more than10 Felthams have signed up with Healey 100's and Sprites entered plus some AC's and XK Jags. We also hope to see some Jowett Jupiters. The race will evoke memories of the successful Salvadori Trophy races held at the Silverstone Classic in recent years. Racing Felthams will be promoting some class awards for the Astons as well as an overall scratch and handicap Trophy. We also hope to attract entries from FIA spec DB4's conforming to 1959 specifications.
